Gardenista ensures quality products and packaging to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

• All the orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.
• Orders are delivered to your address within 7 working days from the date when the order is placed.

Can you return live plants?

• Gardenista does not accept returns of live plants. We at Gardenista ensure that every plant arrives your doorstep in good condition.
• Once the plant reaches you, please ensure you give it sufficient water and expose to sunlight.

Easy 7 days refund or replacement.

• If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after delivery.
• We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

Can you return non-plant products?
